💍 We know planning a wedding comes with lots of details! Here are some of the questions couples most often ask us to help make your planning easier.

👥 What is your guest capacity?

Elopements: up to 16 people including couple
Indoor seated weddings: up to 25 guests
Outdoor or cocktail-style events: up to 50 guests, including the couple and children

🌿 Do you offer packages for smaller weddings or elopements?

Yes! Our Elopement Package is perfect for intimate celebrations of up to 16 guests in our Glass Garden space. (All capacities include couple)

💒 Can we have both the ceremony and reception on site?

Absolutely. Our Ceremony & Reception packages include full access to the property from 11am–midnight, quiet hours at 11pm. This includes table setup, and day-of coordination, if required.

🍽️ Do you provide catering or event staff?

We do not provide catering or servers. You are welcome to bring in your preferred caterer and any staff you need. We’ll handle day-of venue coordination and basic setup to ensure everything runs smoothly. We are happy to provide our recommendations after booking but no vendors are exclusive.

🥂 Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes—our venue is BYOB, but you will need to obtain a Special Occasion Permit from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. We’re happy to help guide you through that process.

💰 What deposit or payment is required to book?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

⏰ What time do we have access to the venue?

Elopements & Ceremony-Only: 90-minute event window + 30-minute setup time (with drop-off allowed the night before for the ceremony only package)
Full Wedding Days: 11am–midnight access
Overnight Packages: Check-in at 11am; checkout the following morning at 11am

🛏️ Can we stay overnight?

Yes—our Ceremony, Reception & Overnight Stay package includes accommodations for up to 10 overnight guests with breakfast included the next morning.

💄 Is getting ready space included?

All full-day wedding packages include use of the Rose Suite for getting ready.
If you’d prefer the entire house, our Bridal Get-Ready Package offers full-house rental for one night, including breakfast and day-of assistance.

💇‍♀️ Can we bring our own hair and makeup team?

Of course! While we often partner with Salon @ Church, that is a short walk down the street or you are welcome to bring in any stylists you prefer.

🥳 Do you host bridal showers, engagement parties, or bachelorette events?

Yes—we regularly host pre-wedding celebrations and can tailor the space to fit your event. Just let us know what you have in mind!

⚠️ Are there any restrictions we should know about?

No smoking indoors
Noise must be kept respectful after 11pm
No pets inside the Manor but they are welcome on the grounds or in the Glass Garden
All alcohol requires a Special Occasion Permit
No drinking is allowed under any tent rentals
